You cannot engineer value if you do not understand the machine. In this phase, you will stop "learning about" the product and start building it.
Lab 1: The Shadow Implementation
Objective: Configure a net-new customer instance from scratch without assistance.

Provisioning: Log into your dedicated sandbox environment. It is currently empty.

The SOW: Download the "Dummy Customer Statement of Work" below. It outlines 3 custom workflows, 2 integrations, and a specific reporting dashboard.

Execution: Build the requirements. You may use public documentation, but you may not ask a Solution Architect for help.
Pass Criteria
- All 3 workflows trigger correctly without error.
- Data ingests from the CSV file provided.
- Dashboard accurately reflects the custom KPI logic.
Lab 2: The "Broken Instance" Test
Objective: Diagnose and repair a critical system failure under time pressure.

The Scenario: We have intentionally broken 5 configurations in your sandbox.
Symptoms:
The Mandate: You have 48 hours to identify the root cause of all 5 breaks and restore full functionality. Document your forensic process.
Symptoms:
- Users cannot log in via SSO.
- The "Weekly Revenue" report is showing $0.
- Automated email triggers are firing twice.

- System returned to 100% operational state.
